Cook Children’s Child Study Center

Fort Worth, TX

Inspired by kids and designed for kids, Quorum worked closely with the staff of the Child Study Center at Cook Children’s to create a space to educate and inspire children while renovating their existing facility. Quorum created a design that would be perfect for kids and young adults from ages three to 21 that have developmental and learning disabilities and related behaviors.

Spacious classrooms and a mock apartment used to teach independent living skills were included in this 4,602 square foot remodel for upper school (grades 6-12) students. Although the confines of the older building presented challenges during the process, Quorum was able to upgrade the building to meet current code requirements while meeting the clients’ needs in the existing space. The team successfully delivered the project on time and within the client’s budget.
