Modern and sophisticated furnishing and décor visually represent Quorum’s identity – a cultured, vivacious, and dynamic architecture and interior design firm.

Working a monotonous nine to five is no longer enough for new hires or tenured employees. Quorum has learned a thing or two about this throughout the decades, and we are proud to announce that our continuous and open-minded efforts ranked us among the Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth by the Fort Worth Inc. magazine! Here’s how we do it.

Step Away from the Ole’ Ball and Chain

Quorum's office, mezzanine level

Designed to inspire, our 7,400 square foot open concept office allows employees to tap into their creativity without being confined at their desks. With thoughtful space planning, Quorum designed several multi-purpose areas where employees can solely focus or collaborate in groups away from their own workstations. Even workstations offer the option to sit or stand. The natural light that beams through the 27-foot-tall ceilings nurtures creativity, well-being, and office greenery. Yes, plant parents, you heard it right, we have natural lighting throughout the entire office. Even better, the modern and sophisticated furnishing and décor that accompanies our plant babies visually represents Quorum’s identity – a cultured, vivacious, and dynamic architecture and interior design firm. Did we mention we are an Air Pod, and family-friendly office too?

QuorumActs with Kindness

As invested members of Fort Worth’s Near Southside, we recognize that we have a duty to give back to our community. Our QuorumActs program invites employees to get involved with local non-profits. We frequently offer group volunteer opportunities with the Tarrant Area Food Bank, Texas Ramp Project, Habitat for Humanity, and Ronald McDonald House as well as monthly donation drives for The Women’s Center, The Welman Project, Alliance for Children, ACH Child & Family Services, and more. In addition to coordinating and partnering to create these fun opportunities, Quorum offers additional time off for staff members who want to get involved with community volunteering opportunities.

Better Together

Not only do we do our part to keep up with demands of the clients, but we prioritize continuing the education of our staff to keep them up to date with all thing’s architecture, interior design, marketing, etc. whether that means assisting with membership fees or providing fun lunch-and-learn opportunities. Each staff member that wishes to pursue licensure is assigned a registered professional mentor to guide and assist them throughout the process.

We’ll take any opportunity to celebrate staff members, the firm or an obscure holiday.

Happy Hours for the Win

Interior design team members, Molly Schultz and Andrea Gomez, enjoy a festive happy hour celebration

It’s no secret that our guilty pleasure is celebrating all occasions with a happy hour. Is it five o’clock? Happy hour! Interns passing their licensure exams? Happy hour! Won a new project? Happy hour! Really, we’ll take any opportunity to celebrate staff members, the firm or an obscure holiday.

Although we are ecstatic about being selected as a Best Company to Work for in Fort Worth, we’re continuously evaluating and evolving our efforts to make Quorum a welcoming and inspiring place for everyone.
